Purpose:

1. To establish and maintain a place of worship of Almighty God, who has revealed to us in the Scriptures as our Heavenly Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son through the Holy Spirit.

2. For the promotion of Christian fellowship and edification.

3. To obey and carry out The Great Commission to our capacity. (Matt. 28:18‐20, Mark 16:15‐20, Acts 1:8, 8:4)

Affiliation: While maintaining its inherent rights of sovereignty in the conduct of it’s business, Our church is affiliated with The India Pentecostal Church of God (IPC), headquartered at Hebron, Kumbanad, Kerala, India.  

Articles of Faith:

The Holy Trinity
We believe there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

A. THE FATHER: God the father is eternal, omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent.  His love and mercy was manifested in the atoning death of His only begotten son on Calvary.

B. THE SON: We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life,   His miracles,   His crucifixion, His bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power  and glory.
C. THE HOLY SPIRIT:  The Holy Spirit is the third person in the Holy Trinity, who convicts the world, of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment; indwells in believers, teaching and guiding them into all truth.

Inerrancy of the Holy Scriptures
Bible is our all‐sufficient rule for faith and practice.  We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures are verbally inspired by God, inerrant and infallible in their original writings, and that they are the supreme and final authority for faith and practice.

Total Depravity of Man
We believe that man was originally created in the image of God, but that the whole human race was separated from God in the sin of Adam, thereby incurred not only physical death but also spiritual death.

Salvation of Man
Man’s redemption is only through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.          

A. Conditions to Salvation: Salvation is received through repentance toward God, confession by mouth, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ, His Son (Romans 10:9)
B. The Evidence of Salvation: The inward evidence of salvation is the direct witness of the Spirit. (Romans 8:16).  The outward evidence of salvation is a life of righteousness and true holiness. (Ephesians 4:24, Titus 2:12)

Divine Healing
We believe that divine healing is an integral part of the Gospel.  Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the atonement, which is the privilege of all believers.        

The Blessed Hope
We believe in the pre‐millennial return of Jesus Christ and in the resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord.

Sanctification
We believe that sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil and of dedication unto God.  The Bible teaches a life of holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. “Be Holy, for I am Holy” (1 Peter 1:16).

The Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We, believers, are entitled to and shall earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the baptism in the Holy Spirit according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ.  This experience is distinct from and subsequent to the experience of the new birth, which is witnessed by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance.

Ordinances

The Ordinances of the Church are:

A. Water Baptism: This ordinance shall be by immersion in the name of The Father, The Son and of The Holy Spirit.  It shall be administered to all those who give clear evidence of their new birth. 
B. Lord’s Supper: The Lord’s Supper shall be observed regularly in the Church. If a believer abstains from the Lord’s Supper, the pastor in consultation with the elders of the church should contact the person as soon as possible  and ascertain the reason for such abstinence. The Pastor and the elders should take immediate steps in bringing reconciliation and the believer will be able to take part in the sacrament on the next available date. As the spiritual head of the congregation, the Pastor should take a leading role to ensure that all believers regularly take part in this sacrament.

Marriage
We believe that marriage is the exclusive, covenantal union of one man and one woman, which union was designed by God. Genesis 2:24 states, “For this reason a man shall leave his father and his mother, and be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.” Jesus Christ affirmed this in Matthew 19:4-6: “And He answered and said, ‘Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.’ ” We will faithfully follow this scriptural definition of marriage in the teachings and practices of this church, and therefore, for example only, this church will not officiate, solemnize, perform or host a marriage or marriage-like ceremony involving anything other than the union of one man with one woman as instituted by God.
